SALESPERSON PRELICENSE- 60 Hour
Description: Our 60 hour pre-license course is designed to enable you to pass the national real estate exam and complies with all requirements of the Alabama Real Estate Commission. Our classes are limited to no more than ten students. Small classes encourage lively student-instructor interaction. Class meets Mondays,Thursdays and three (3) Saturdays to complete the course in 8 weeks. MONDAY and THURSDAY CLASS MEET FROM 5:30 PM to 8:00PM. SATURDAY CLASS MEET 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The course covers the basics of ownership, transfer and use of property, real estate laws, finance, contracts and other required topics. POST LICENSE- 30 Hour
Description: Our 30 hour Post license course complies with all requirements of the Alabama Real Estate Commission. Our classes are limited to no more than ten students. Small classes encourage lively student-instructor interaction. CODE OF ETHICS

Realtors® GUIDE TO THE MORTGAGE LENDING PROCESS
Description: Mortgage lending can be a maze of unfamiliar terminology and requirements. This course examines the process of mortgage lending from the application to the final settlement statement and covers TIL, title insurance, underwriting, good faith estimate, appraisals and the REALTOR® role in the process.
RISK MANAGMENT- AVOIDING VIOLATIONS
Description: This course is required of all licensees. The course covers the licensee’s obligation in regards to mortgage fraud, misleading advertising, unlicensed assistants and various other topics are discussed and studied.
RISK MANAGMENT FOR BROKERS

RISK MANAGEMENT FOR SALESPERSONS
Description: This course may be selected as one of the risk management courses required for all licensees, except for brokers. The course covers the roles of a licensee may perform in Alabama, obligation of a licensee to all parties, fiduciary duties an agent owns to clients and provisions of RECAD.
DE-RISK MANAGEMENT FOR SALESPERSONS (On-line Course)
Description: This course, meets the Level 2 risk management requirement for salespeople, consists of three major sections- Agency, Contracts, and Licensees as Principals. These topics are examined from a risk management perspective.
INCOME TAXES, PROPERTY TAXES AND REAL ESTATE: A PRIMER FOR REALTORS® (A Not Too Complicated Guide to Taxation as It Affects the Small Investor and Home Owner)
Description: This course provides REALTORS® who guide small investors in property purchases with basic knowledge regarding allowable deductions for real estate investments, taxation of rents, and gains on disposal of investments, and basic tools for management of risk associated with representation of investors.
Work It Out! Be the Wiz Kid of Net Sheets
Description: The weakest skill of most REALTORS® is the ability to confidently prepare accurate and timely net sheets for their customers or clients, whether sellers or buyers. This course teaches Realtors® the skills and secrets for preparation of net sheets. You’ll be amazed at your abilities after taking this course and your customers/clients will be impressed.
RECIPROCAL SALESPERSON LICENSE
